You can currently find us in Görlitzer Park - but we are working on opening new locations in Berlin. Here in Görlitzer Park we would like to give you the chance to do sports flexibly and in all weather conditions with professional equipment or simply to meet up. For anyone who wants to try something new, we have various options:

You can borrow equipment such as rackets and balls free of charge and receive brief instructions from our trainers.

You can meet other community members participating in activities.

Our team members, including supervisors and trainers, are always available for you during opening hours. Head of collaborations and young talent
Barbora
In my role at spOrt365 I can usually be found in the office. I was born in the Czech Republic and grew up in Germany. I played basketball intensively in my youth and was able to get to know and love all aspects of the sport as a coach, player and referee. I completed my bachelor's degree in international relations in Prague and my master's degree in Berlin.
I speak German, English, French and Czech fluently. I have been working in the area of integration since 2016, including one year as a primary school sports teacher in the hotspot district of Wedding-Gesundbrunnen. I worked for another year in the integration and leisure program through ALBA Youth and set up the locations in Wedding, Marzahn and Tempelhof. From May 2018 to July 2019, I was instrumental in ensuring that Hangar 1 was preserved for the public. Since August 2019 I have been working on setting up an ecological and public hall in Berlin. This is intended to offer the public, but also schools and KITAS in the area, a new home. Sport is a medium without language and is therefore ideal for establishing a direct connection with both yourself and other people. With the Görlitzer Park we have received a very demanding location - this challenge motivates me all the more to create a multi-faceted offer for all users and to connect them through sport.

Hello, this is Dorien Hoeksema, I am responsible for planning and design at Sport 365. I'm excited to be part of the team and work to create a sports field where everyone can play sports. Getting together and working together is particularly important to me. It's not about who wins, it's about us getting to know each other and having a good time with lots of exercise.
At the moment I can be found a lot in Görlitzer Park. I worked for many years in individual case support and gained experience in youth work. I studied art in The Hague and love building and designing beautiful things. My sports are Shinson Hapkido martial arts, Tai Chi, table tennis and softball. In addition, part of my focus is on working with girls and people who identify as Flintas.

As a teenager in Frankfurt am Main, I was able to learn how sport connects people in the performance and leisure areas. As a trainer and mentor to young people, I have tried to pass on these experiences throughout my life. I have seen how sport breaks down barriers. Professionally, I worked independently with my company in the USA and internationally in the field of recycling and upcycling for 25 years.
When many people had to flee to Germany in 2015, I felt the desire to help bring people together through sport. Open and low-threshold sports facilities are best suited for this. So in August 2016 I left the USA and my company to manage the integration and leisure program at ALBA Jugend and to plan the covered basketball court in the Jahn Sportpark. In May 2018, I took over the sports management and coordination in Hangar 1 at Tempelhof Airport and worked there in particular on building a community. I have been volunteering at TiB 1848 e.V. since December 2019. In order to implement the vision of spOrt365 Community, I have been taking over the project management full-time since November 2020.
Moments when very different sports and cultural practices are pursued at our events, side by side and with each other - swing dancing next to basketball, young next to old, Arabic next to Bavarian - always make it clear to me what I want to continue to put all my energy into.
Management of events and registration

As a sports educator, I am in charge of the project. I am responsible for the supervision, implementation and planning of programs and events at all spOrt365 areas.
I was born and grew up in the south of Berlin. As a 10-year-old, I discovered my love for sports through club basketball. Over the last 19 years I have been able to gain experience and success in various basketball clubs.
But even outside of the club world, I have a great passion for streetball and the culture that goes with it. As a teenager, I spent my entire summer in Berlin's outdoor spaces. I took part in numerous 3x3 tournaments all over Germany and even won a German championship title in 3on3 at the age of 17. Even during my training and work as a businessman, I followed my passion and worked for a basketball retailer for 5 years.
I really appreciate the open and multicultural spirit of my hometown of Berlin and would like to do my part to ensure that it continues. I experienced basketball as a very open, diverse and social sport where a wide variety of people can meet.
Sport is a language that everyone understands! I am therefore looking forward to sharing this language and the joys associated with it with spOrt365 in the future.

I am Lino Meirer, 25 years old and grew up in lively Kreuzberg. With training as a roofer and a long-standing passion for basketball, my path led me into the world of sports. I have been sharing my love of basketball as a coach for 6 years, while I have been on the court myself for 19 years.
I am currently working as a sports educator and in the team at SpOrt365. The district in which I grew up is also the place of my professional dedication. Working with people, coupled with my love of sport, inspires me every day.
As an open and communicative person, I value personal contact and look forward to motivating and inspiring people through sport. My work is not just a job, but a fulfilling task in which I experience the positive effects of sport on the body and mind every day.

Hey my name is Amy, I'm 25 years old and I work at spOrt365 as a trainer in Görli. My focus is on offering children and young people a place to awaken and discover their sporting interests and through various sporting activities such as: Basketball, football and volleyball to help solve their problems and disputes not through violence, but through sport. I like to support the kids in strengthening their strengths even more and strengthening their weaknesses.
I also have a lot of patience and understanding; I enjoy passing on my skills to others and seeing what they make of them and how they then use these methods outside of them. My passion is dancing and I would also like to give children and young people the opportunity to give free rein to their energy and creativity. You can find me at Gorli usually on the weekends taking care of people and supplies. I've always been interested in sport in general so my curiosity brought me on trying different activities like basketball, football, handball, table tennis, volleyball, frisbee, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding etc.. Then my interest moved on street sports like skateboarding, inline skating and bmx but I still enjoy any kind of sport. Nowdays football and frisbee are the one that tease me more.
I think doing sport is something that comes so natural: If you give a child a ball, first thing he/she/they gonna do is kick it or throw it.
My other interests are screen printing and drawing, that actually are my main jobs, music and cinema.

I'm Anselm, 20 years old and a trainer at spOrt365. My job is to make sure that everyone who comes to us has a good time. Among other things, I give people equipment such as footballs and basketballs and I also like to teach different sports

I speak four languages fluently (German French English Wolof) and grew up in Senegal and Berlin Neukölln/Kreuzberg, which means I also have an understanding of other cultures and can adapt well. I have also often worked with children and young people.
I'm excited to bring fun and diversity to the community.
Otherwise I love playing music and sports in my free time, especially basketball.

I've been crazy about ball sports since I was little, but above all I was fascinated by football. I've been playing at the club for 12 years now and was also the coach of the U13s for a while. At Sport 365 I would like to share the love and passion for sport with you.

He has been a trainer for 2 years and even became a member of the club 5 years ago. Sport has been a lifelong passion. In other words, experience in the area.
Footballer since the age of six but loves all kinds of sports in his free time.

My position is as a trainer with a focus on looking after the area and getting involved with visitors of all ages.
In addition, I help with registering visitors, with any kind of set-up and dismantling of our areas and, if necessary, I mediate heated situations (which are very rare) and generally help where I can.
You can find me in Görli for now, but in the future I'll definitely be at several locations, which we hope to be able to open this year.
My skills range from almost every type of sport (but mainly and preferably basketball) to social interaction with guests and bringing together different age groups, genders and nations.
Thanks to years of experience in club sports, I have good knowledge of teamwork and am always open to all kinds of people who enjoy exercise and want to learn or try something new.
I am very happy to be part of the Sport365 community and hope that it will continue to grow.
Personally, this project is very close to my heart and I think it is a very good cause that does good things in many areas of our society.
My little siblings and family members also love this offer and, like us, hope that it will be expanded even more and, above all, will continue to exist for a long time

I am a trainer at spOrt365 and look after courses and am occasionally a supervisor/coach at events. You can mainly find me in the görli and OrtwinRauCage or as a player in the OSZ! I have been playing basketball myself for many years and am generally enthusiastic about sports! I am part of this project because I am convinced of the intention! I think it's great to bring different cultures, people and interests together through sport:).
For me it's also a chance to explore working with people and get to know different people, which I obviously think is great. Since I grew up in the Dominican Republic, the topic of racism and discrimination weighs heavily on me and I'm super happy to be part of a project to be in that that deals with it in a great way! But my main task is to push women and girls so that the sports world simply gets more enthusiastic women! And I think because I grew up in the club world myself, I also know how hard it is as a woman (as well as for men). But what really pushed me were the free places because I was always the only girl playing against all the men and I learned so much there! I hope I can take a lot of experiences with me here that I can use for the rest of my life, because I also want to work with people and have plans for South America in this regard!!OK, that was a lot :) So I'm always open to it a quick game or 1 vs 1 especially in basketball but I always enjoy playing other sports!

My task is coaching, creating channels and spaces for people to meet, play, socialize and supporting others.

My skills are coaching, teamwork, maintaining a well done daily operation, creating and emotional intelligence.
The experiences I bring into Sport365 are my diploma from University, former NCCAB division one player, playing basketball at the professional level, coaching for many basketball organization, have more than 6 years experience in working with project like Sport365 and working in different middle school, high school or University as AG sport teacher or as sport teacher assistant.
